The rustic bread reminds the homemade salmorejo texture. It’s free of additives and preservatives and there is no added water or fillers, just 100% natural vegetables, olive oil and vinegar. Serve it cold and shake well before serving. It is usually enjoyed in a bowl topped with chopped boiled egg and cured ham dices. Requires cold storage for a better preservation.
