Mojo rojo or Picon, is a Spanish cold sauce originally from the Canary Islands. The main ingredients are Tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, paprika, vinegar, salt and spices. The classic way of serving mojo rojo sauce is with Canarian wrinkly potatoes and also works really well with grilled meats. Spicy variant of the famous Canary Islands mojo sauces.
