Our Ibérico Salchichón comes from black Iberian pigs, fed on a diet of high-quality grain. This Ibérico sausage is hand-crafted in a family business using carefully selected Iberian lean pork, black pepper and salt. After the production process, perfected throughout the generations, our Ibérico chorizo is left to settle in natural dryers, to give its  unique and delicious flavour.
