Single variety extra virgin olive oil from a single state crop located in the Nature Reserve of Sierra de Segura, Jaén, in southern Spain. The olive oil juice is obtained by a cold extraction method, which maintains all the natural properties of the olive oil and respect the environment and local communities. It has a very characteristic yellowish green colour, and aromas of leaves, tomato and fresh-cut grass. Well-balanced in the palate, offers a peppery and slightly spicy finish. As a premium olive oil, it can be used as an everyday olive oil on soups, salads and pasta dishes and especially on its own on a toast.
