This Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from traditionally picked 100% Picual olive variety which is well balanced, with a good strength, low acidity and fruity aroma of leaves, tomato and fresh grass. Its flavour is intense and peppery with a slightly spicy finish. This Spanish Olive Oil has Protected Designation of Origin from Sierra de Cazorla, Jaén, in southern Spain.
