Fuet is a Spanish pork sausage produced mainly in Cataluña, Spain. During its 30 days air-dry curing time, it develops a whitish fungal coating appearance. It has a consistent and compact texture and edible natural casing. 

Serve as it is, on a charcuterie board, with tapas or in a sandwich. Keep in the fridge, serve at room temperature, and hand slice with a sharp knife.
