Mushrooms with Iberico Ham
A quick and easy to prepare recipe for mushrooms with Ibérico Ham.
- Heat the Extra Olive Oil in a pan.
- Add the garlic to the pan. Once it is ready, add the diced Iberico ham and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms, salt and parsley. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Leave to cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Ingredients & Quantities:
400 gr of sliced mushrooms
50 gr of diced Iberico ham
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp Extra Olive Oil
salt and freshly parsley
