Mushrooms with Iberico Ham

Preparation Time: 5 Cooking Time: 15 For 2 persons

A quick and easy to prepare recipe for mushrooms with Ibérico Ham.

Recipe method:
  1. Heat the Extra Olive Oil in a pan.
  2. Add the garlic to the pan. Once it is ready, add the diced Iberico ham and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms, salt and parsley. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Leave to cool for 2 minutes before serving.

Ingredients & Quantities:

400 gr of sliced mushrooms
50 gr of diced Iberico ham
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp Extra Olive Oil
salt and freshly parsley
