Chorizo al vino (Chorizo cooked in wine)
A very quick and easy to prepare recipe for a typical Spanish Tapa, Chorizo al vino!
Ingredients & Quantities:
- Cut the chorizo into 2 inch rounds
- Add the chorizo, wine, water and bay leaves to the pan.
- Boil and then cook gently/simmer to reduce the sauce.
- Serve in a bowl with chunks of bread for dipping.

1 cup of dry red or white wine
1 cup of water
2 bay leaves
