Chorizo al vino (Chorizo cooked in wine)

Preparation Time: 3 Cooking Time: 15 For 2 persons

A very quick and easy to prepare recipe for a typical Spanish Tapa, Chorizo al vino!

Recipe method:

  1. Cut the chorizo into 2 inch rounds
  2. Add the chorizo, wine, water and bay leaves to the pan.
  3. Boil and then cook gently/simmer to reduce the sauce. 
  4. Serve in a bowl with chunks of bread for dipping.

Ingredients & Quantities:
4 fresh chorizos
1 cup of dry red or white wine
1 cup of water
2 bay leaves
