Catalan Bread with Tomato and Jamón
Recipe for one of the most loved tapas in Spain is released for you. Your drinks are more enjoyable with tapas.
Ingredients & Quantities:
- Slice the garlic cloves in lengthwise, peel and thickly slice the tomatoes.
- Lightly toast the bread, or you can grill it over a wood fried barbecue for a smoky and authentic taste.
- Mash two slices of tomato and spread it on each of the toast slices with garlic slices.
- Put the remaining tomato slices, then anchovy or jamon, on the top, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, serve and enjoy.
