Catalan Bread with Tomato and Jamón

Recipe for one of the most loved tapas in Spain is released for you. Your drinks are more enjoyable with tapas.

Recipe method:

  1. Slice the garlic cloves in lengthwise, peel and thickly slice the tomatoes.
  2. Lightly toast the bread, or you can grill it over a wood fried barbecue for a smoky and authentic taste.
  3. Mash two slices of tomato and spread it on each of the toast slices with garlic slices.
  4. Put the remaining tomato slices, then anchovy or jamon, on the top, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, serve and enjoy.

2 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes
4 slices of jamon (or anchovy)
Extra virgin olive oil
