Burgos black Pudding with caramelised onion

Recipe method:

  1. Cut Burgos Black pudding into thick slices
  2. Cut onion into rounds
  3. Divided Ciabatta lengthways.
  4. Fry the onion slowly for 10 minutes in Olive Oil
  5. Add sugar and cook for another 2 minutes
  6. Fry the black pudding in a little olive oil, 1 minute each side
  7. Toast the ciabatta slices.
  8. Place the cooked pudding on the ciabatta
  9. Place the onion mix on the top of the pudding
  10. Serve immediately

1 Burgos Black pudding
1 medium onion
1 Ciabatta
2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp sugar
