This chorizo sausage is made without using any preservatives or artificial colours, selecting the best cuts from Duroc pork, fresh garlic and smoked sweet ‘De La Vera’ paprika. The grind is surprisingly smooth, and the incredible flavour is enhanced by the lack of colourings and preservatives.
