Our Ibérico chorizo comes from black Iberian pigs, fed on a diet of high-quality grain. It is made using carefully selected Iberian lean pork, fresh garlic, salt and paprika from La Vera. After the production process, perfected throughout the generations, our Ibérico chorizo is left to settle in natural dryers, to give this unique and delicious flavour.
