Our Sliced Ibérico chorizo is made using carefully selected Iberian lean pork from black Iberian pigs, fed on a diet of high-quality grain and mixed with fresh garlic, salt and paprika from La Vera. After the production process, it is left to settle in natural dryers for a curing period of at least 60 days. Sliced Iberico chorizo is fully cured and ready to eat.
