A black pudding made from Iberico ‘pata negra’ pigs, premium breed which has a deliciously rich flavour. This spiced blood sausage is made with acorn fed Iberico pork and natural spices. Kneaded and stuffed into artificial gut, which has undergone a process of maturation-drying, is well balanced in smell and flavour.
To savour it at its best, keep it at room temperature, although it can also be enjoyed cooked by frying or grilling it.
