Made with a selection of Iberian pig meat and seasoned according to traditional recipes inherited from great masters of charcuterie.
Salchichon is made from the leanest, succulent pork with just the right amount of natural black pepper. The meat is then kneaded and stuffed into artificial gut, which has undergone a process of maturation-drying, which ensures good texture, smell and immense flavour.
The curing process is slow and gradual and done in a totally artisanal way, in cellars and natural drying sheds.
The result is a tender and flavoursome salchichon, thanks to the curing process that ensures a delicious taste due to the blend of spices used in its production.
