Our Iberico Bellota Hams come from free range Iberian pigs reared and fed in authentic, natural settings: the meadows of Extremadura. Then, hams are cured in natural dryers (secaderos) in the famous town of Guijuelo, Salamanca province, where its unique flavour and texture is developed.
