HOW LONG DO CURED MEATS LAST?
Cured meats will keep for 12 months in the right conditions. They are best kept in the refrigerator once you open them. Even once they have been opened, they are fine for at least six months. Just fold over their plastic packaging and keep in the fridge.
HOW LONG DOES CHEESE LAST?
Our cured cheese is all vacuum-packed and will usually last for at least 6 to 12 months unopened. Even once they have been opened, they are fine for at least two months. Just fold over their plastic packaging and keep in the fridge.

DO YOU SELL WHOLE HAMS?

We do sell whole hams, we stock Iberico bellota hams and Serrano hams. Our hams are kept in natural dryers, where they develop their unique flavour and then they are sent straight from Spain to us, and we will deliver it straight to your home. Once it arrives, you can keep it in the kitchen unwrap it and hang it, better still, in a cool room, for at least three months.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We want our customers to be satisfied. If your order does not meet your expectations, we will be more than happy to find a favourable solution for you, and we will offer you the following options;
  • An identical replacement product (subject to availability)
  • Replacement of the product, with another similar or greater value
  • When a replacement is not available a full, prompt refund will be offered
We only require you to notify us via our contact form with a description of the problem and include any photographs of the damaged product within 24 hours of receipt.
WHAT ABOUT DELIVERING ITEMS THAT WOULD NORMALLY BE KEPT IN THE FRIDGE?

We pack our products in thermally protective polystyrene and frozen ice packs to ensure they stay cool during transit. Our cheeses and meats all have at least some curation and are thus able to be transported for 24-48 hours in such packaging without detriment to the product.

Customers should be sure that they are able to receive delivery of orders containing refrigerated goods on the first delivery attempt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for degradation of such products that were unable to deliver at the first attempt due to the client being absent. Please note that orders placed on Friday containing refrigerated products will be shipped on Monday.
HOW DO I CHECK IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED CORRECTLY?
If your order has been processed correctly, we will send you an e-mail from Iberica LTD confirming your order and you will also get an e-mail from PayPal confirming your payment. Once you have returned from PayPal you need to ensure you click the "Make Payment" button on the "Transaction Results" page.

Please, check the Spam folder in case our email is there.
If you don't receive either of these e-mails then your order has not been processed and no payment has been taken.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Your products will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed, and we usually dispatch orders within the same day. You will be notified by e-mail within a period of approximately 24 hours.

WILL ADVERSE WEATHER AFFECT DELIVERY TIMES?

Things may take a little longer if there are bad driving conditions. However, we will notify you if there is going to be a major delay with your order.

HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

We offer free shipping for orders over £99 and up to 20kg to UK Mainland.

For all other orders up to 20kg, there is a flat fee of £5.99 for "UK Mainland" and an additional charge for the following destinations:
  • Scottish Highlands
  • Scottish Islands
  • Isle Of Man
  • Isle Of Wight
  • Northern Ireland
  • Scilly Isles
WHAT IF WE CANNOT SEND ALL OF YOUR ORDER?

If we are unable to send part or all of your order, we will send you an email offering you a choice:
  • We ship the outstanding balance of your order at a later date, with no further delivery charges to you or we refund your credit card for the goods we were unable to supply
  • If we don’t hear back from you by 5:00pm on the next working day, we will refund your credit card for the goods we were unable to supply.
WHAT ABOUT THE PACKAGING, IS IT ECO-FRIENDLY?

Our products use the minimum packaging to reduce waste and the majority of wrappers are biodegradable and/or recyclable.All of our hampers are made of recycled wood and instead of polystyrene we use natural wood wool shavings /or recyclable paper shavings for packing.
